Payment

All products are property of SURO until the whole amount of the invoice has been paid. The invoiced price will be the price that was established on the website on the date and time of the purchase, including the shipping costs and taxes applied. To improve security when shopping with us, all information sent by us is encrypted and all third party services in the website are SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certified.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express through the encrypted system 256-bit which is SSL certified..
• Paypal: It´s an independent payment system which we offer as an alternative to the previous method and it accepts a wide range of payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and e-cheques. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make the payment.
• Bank Transfer using SOFORT:
  SOFORT is a method of online payment systems belonging to direct online bank transfer whose operation is based on the reputable online banking procedure. To make a transfer with this system simply select SOFORT as payment and automatically will be redirected to the secure payment form. The details of your order will be filled automatically, so you only need to select your bank and enter your usual access to online banking. Finally, you will need to authorize the transfer through its usual confirmation system, for example by introducing the key operations. The data will be transmitted to your online bank account encrypted. SURO will receive real-time confirmation of the transaction and will process the order immediately.

Discounts, coupons and vouchers

After choosing your item and your order is completed having chosen the size and color, you will be directed to the payment page. You must introduce the code of your coupon, discount/voucher in the right field. After introducing the code you must click on “Apply”.

Shipping and delivery

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days, from Monday to Friday, weekends do not count. All purchases made during the weekend will be processed and shipped on the first working day. The buyer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.  In the case of domestic orders the deadline for receiving your purchase in SURO goes from 2 to 4 business days, once the order has already been processed.

International Purchases

Purchases made outside of the European Union may be subjected to additional taxes. The buyer will be responsible for the payment of these taxes. For more information, please contact your local consumer office. In the case of international orders, it is estimated a delivery period of 4 to 6 working days, counting from the date on which the order has already been processed.

SURO will not be responsible for any possible delays in the delivery of the products or of any products that may be lost during their delivery.  

Shipping Costs

Prices are fixed in euros and do not include the fees of the taxes that can be loaded for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer in their country of residence. The information concerning shipments and prices may be subject to changes.

Force Majeure

SURO will not be responsible for not being able to comply with its obligations if events occur which are not in SURO´s control, including events of any type such as changing trade laws, conflicts, repossessions, floods, fires, sabotages, accidents, wars and natural disasters.
