Privacy Policy
Reading and acceptance of the privacy policy of SURO (hereinafter, the "Privacy Policy") is a necessary condition for the use of the services of the Website. This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of information of the users of the Web Site from the date of entry into force that appears at the end of the present Terms of Use.
It does not apply to any other URL which can be accessed from the Web site, which will have its own policy in relation to the collection of data and their use.
The User must read this Privacy Policy carefully before it begins to use the Web Site and to facilitate any type of personal information. This will help you make informed decisions.
By entering the website, the user allows SURO to use his/her information and personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, the User must refrain from the use of the Web site.
SURO will always prompt the user consent before we use your data for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
In the treatment of the personal data of its users, SURO complies at all times with the legislation in force in Spain and in the European Union and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of The Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”). SURO also complies wih the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of Protection of Data (hereinafter "LOPD") and its implementing regulations. Also, SURO complies with the Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, "LSSI").
To do this, SURO adopts the technical and organizational measures necessary to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.
Information we collect from the User
The Web site can be used by users in various ways, such searching only information, registering as User, collecting different information depending on the case:
- User is not registered
In this case, the Web site collects the following information from the user (hereinafter, "non-Personal Information"):
- The IP address from which you accessed.
- If you have reached the Web site by clicking on a link or advertisement of another web site.

SURO conditions the use of the Web site to the prior completion of the corresponding user record, indicating as a minimum requirement in the registration forms the information marked with an asterisk on certain personal data (hereinafter, "Personal Information"), such as name and surname, e-mail address and phone number.
In this case, SURO will collect non-personal information described above and also the Personal Information. In addition, the registering user may include additional information that is not obligatory, such as the genre or the date of birth. We can store all of this information or part of it in a cookie so that our system will recognize the User each time she/he visit the Web site and save the user preferences.
In virtue of the provisions of the LOPD, we inform you that the completion of forms by the user has a voluntary basis, while the lack of fulfillment of the basic fields will limit the access to or use of the Web site. The personal data provided by the Users is incorporated and will be treated in the files ownership of SURO registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, in order to be able to respond to the requests of users and to provide the service requested, as well as to keep them informed, including by electronic means, on issues relating to products that may be of interest to the user and remission of commercial communications and promotional issues related to the services of SURO, always prior consent of the User.

SURO may retain the data of users even if they have finished any relationship with SURO, for the time necessary to fulfill the legal obligations in a timely manner.
Use of the data supplied by Users
In the use of the data included in the file, SURO vows to respect the confidentiality and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to comply with its obligation to save them and adapt all the measures to prevent the alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access in accordance with the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations for the development of the LOPD, and following the guidelines of the GDPR.
SURO will use data from its users with a commercial purpose of customization, operational and statistics, and for sending commercial communications to users, always with the knowledge and prior consent of the User. The user expressly authorizes the treatment and storage of your data and the possibility of making marketing studies with them, in order to adapt the services of SURO to your personal profile.
The user consents to the processing and transfer of Personal Information and non-personal information for the elaboration of profiles, as well as for the segmentation of their data. With service providers
There are third parties that manage part of the Website services such as advertising, surveys, commercial operations, etc. to them SURO requires them to comply with this Privacy Policy in the applicable to them and they should have their own; however, SURO will not be responsible for the implementation of this policy.
Transfer of data in the event of a request
Under some circumstances SURO may share the Personal Information, Use, preserve or disclose it, for example to cooperate with the competent authorities in the following cases:
- If we believe that it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law or legal process in any part of the world and we believe that doing so may reduce our responsibility or would enable us to defend our legal rights; we will only provide the required information.
- If we believe that this action is appropriate to comply with the terms and conditions of SURO, including all the investigation of possible violations of this.

Security measures to protect the personal information
SURO is concerned to defend the right to privacy of the users. Therefore, takes all the technical and organizational measures necessary to protect the security and integrity of your Personal Information from unauthorized access and also against the alteration, loss or accidental destruction. The transfer and data exchange to be carried by the user through the Web Site or the information it sent, are protected by techniques of electronic security in the network. Also the data supplied and stored in the databases of SURO are equally protected by security systems that prevent access by unauthorized third parties to the same.

SURO will retain the data provided by the Users as long as the business relationship and if there is no request for its deletion by the interested parties.
The control of their own user information
SURO cannot guarantee that the information sent by the user will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. The user understands and acknowledges that, even after removal, the information may remain viewable in cache and archived pages if other users have copied or stored information.
SURO reserves the right to modify the present policy in order to adapt it to new legislation.
